Our Delivery Process

  • Specialist Two-Man Delivery Service: All orders are delivered by AIT, our trusted two-man delivery service. They will bring your items directly into the room of your choice, ensuring your order is handled with care and convenience.

  • Booking Your Delivery: Once your order is placed, AIT will contact you to arrange your delivery via a calendar system. This allows you to select a delivery date that suits your schedule. Most deliveries are made within 2 days, but you have the flexibility to choose a date that's most convenient for you.

  • Tracking Your Order: You will receive a tracking link once your delivery is booked, allowing you to monitor your order's progress.

  • Confirmed Delivery: Please note that AIT will not attempt delivery until you have selected your preferred delivery date. This ensures that you're available to receive your item without any inconvenience.

  • Delayed Deliveries: If you'd like to schedule your delivery beyond 7 days from the order date, simply leave a note at checkout or contact us via the chat function on our website, quoting your order number when speaking with an agent.

Delivery Coverage and Surcharge Information

  • We are pleased to offer delivery to all parts of the UK and Great Britain, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

  • For Customers in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands: Please make sure to select the "NI, Highlands, and Channel Islands" delivery option at checkout. If this option is not selected, your order will not be processed correctly, and delivery will not be made until the £50.00 surcharge is covered. Choosing the correct option at checkout will ensure a smooth and timely delivery process.
